Drop three files here as 1.webp, 2.webp and 3.webp, then in _pages/about.md replace each .others-photo--empty placeholder div with:
Keep width/height so the layout box is reserved before the file arrives, and convert to WebP first: the tiles render around 230px wide, so anything over about 700px on the long edge is wasted bytes.
