How to use this view
- Navigate — scroll to change slice, drag to move the crosshair, drag inside the 3D view to orbit; the Orbit button keeps it turning.
- Segmentation — SynthSeg labels in FreeSurfer colours; the 14 scored structures by default, click a chip to toggle one. Dice compares the prediction with the acquired 7 T.
- Intensity — fixed window, shared by prediction and target so their brightness is comparable; the input keeps its own scale.
- 3D — the brain-opacity slider fades the anatomy to reveal the structures inside it.
